The Leadership Dynamics Clinic
A group coaching program in leadership psychology for senior leaders
You can't change what you can't see.
Decipher the unconscious dynamics that drive decisions, behavior, and culture.
Address the root cause, not the symptom.
About
The leaders who struggle most at the top rarely struggle with strategy. They struggle with the dynamics beneath it — the patterns in how they decide, relate, and lead under pressure that no amount of leadership mindset can resolve.
This is why the Leadership Dynamics Clinic is built as a peer experience, not a one-on-one. A room of leaders who are experienced and willing to learn and grow from each other creates real-time insight, feedback and reflection. When a peer names a pattern in you that you can't see in yourself, or you recognize your own dynamic playing out in someone else's story, the insight lands differently, and it stays.
We're Georgina Spentzou and Antigoni Pagoulatou and we lead the Leadership Dynamics Clinic together. Georgina brings 27 years as a Leadership Coach and Trainer, Psychologist, and Psychotherapist alongside senior executives and C-level leaders in global pharma, maritime, insurance, and higher education. Antigoni brings 28 years of leadership, among others, at Coca-Cola Hellas and Coca-Cola HBC and Bacardi, and now, as an Executive Coach and Consultant, the practical wisdom that comes from having actually led.
What we've seen consistently is that the issues brought to leaders as performance problems are almost never performance problems. They're psychological ones. That's why we bring together the practical rigor of business and the depth of psychology, turning insight into action.
The Leadership Dynamics Clinic was created for leaders who are ready to look beneath the surface, and see the unseen. It's fully virtual, working with experienced executives across cultures, industries, and time zones. The program is built around six dynamics that offer a 360-degree view of leadership psychology.
Our mission is to sharpen the day and night vision of leaders, so they can turn insight into influence that lasts.
Six Dynamics
Leadership Dynamics
Your team reads your tone, your feedback, even your silence through relationships that began long before they met you. After parents and teachers, you are the next authority figure in their story. The less visible half is that you do the same with them. Once you see both sides, disproportionate reactions stop catching you off guard, and you lead from clarity rather than old wiring.
Group Dynamics
Teams rarely derail all at once. They drift: into silence, side conversations, blame, or waiting to be told what to do. Each looks like a people problem. Underneath, it's the same avoidance in a different mask.
Leaders who can name the pattern while it's happening, not after the meeting, bring the group back to the objective before momentum is lost.
Organizational Dynamics
Every organization has two cultures: the one on the wall, and the one people actually live by. When they don't match, it shows up as disengagement, resistance to change, and initiatives that look right on paper and fail in practice.
Organizational Dynamics looks beneath the stated values to the unwritten rules: what really gets rewarded, what people avoid saying, and the assumptions everyone acts on but no one questions.
Communication Dynamics
You can say everything right and still be misunderstood. The real message travels beneath the words, in tone, silence, and assumptions no one states out loud.
Communication Dynamics teaches leaders to hear what's implied, not just what's said, and to notice how their own cultural lens filters what they hear. A colleague's directness, silence, or deference stops feeling personal. You lead across teams and cultures with clarity.
Conflict Dynamics
Conflict lives in two places: within you, and between people. Conflict Dynamics explores it through two lenses: the tension within you, and the tension between people. Leaders learn to look past blame, withdrawal, or hostility to what's actually driving them: anxiety, mistrust, power, unspoken resentment. Conflict stops being something to smooth over and starts telling you what you need to know and change.
Motivation Dynamics
The drive that built your career can just as easily undermine it. Motivation Dynamics looks in two directions. Inward, at the difference between what pushes you and what truly sustains you. Outward, at what actually moves your people, which is rarely what a title or a bonus suggests. You stop being driven, and start leading from your drivers.
How It Works
Inside the Leadership Dynamics Clinic.
The structure, the format, the time commitment - everything you need to know before you say yes.
Format
A fully virtual, immersive group coaching experience, where psychological frameworks meet the practical realities of leadership. In these experiential sessions, you learn as much from your peers as from us, all designed around a demanding executive schedule, without sacrificing depth.
Group size
Small cohorts — small enough for real participation, big enough for sharing expertise and experiences among leaders. Individual, pair and group exercises build on what you learn, turning it into insight and practical frameworks you can draw on from day one in your leadership role.
Duration
Twelve weeks. Long enough to see the unseen. Long enough to change it. Through reflection and action, you build the knowledge, skills, and behaviors to become the leader you mean to be.
Investment
Before we talk about numbers, we want to make sure this is the right fit — for you, for us, and for the group. Book a discovery call, and if it's a mutual match, we'll talk through the investment together.
Who We Are
Georgina Spentzou
Leadership Dynamics Trainer and Coach, Psychologist and Group Psychotherapist
For years, Georgina believed she had to choose between business and psychology. After the first half of her career in business development, she moved into training, coaching and psychotherapy, and came to see the two were never opposites, but two halves of the same story. As a Leadership Trainer, Coach, Psychologist, and Psychotherapist, she trains and consults executives across multinational companies on leadership, institutional and group dynamics, and cultural change, work she's carried out across Europe and the Middle East.
Her client list includes corporations like: Archirodon, Pfizer, Novartis, GSK, Lundbeck, Amomed, Howden Broking Group, Viohalco, KPI Ocean Connect, alongside institutes and educational organizations like the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ICS) and the American College of Greece. Georgina is also a trainer for the professional qualifications of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
Georgina's own extensive training reflects the same dual lens she brings to every room: a Bachelor's in Management and Systems from City University, a Bachelor's in Psychology, Counselling, and Psychotherapy from the University of Greater Manchester, a Master's in Marketing Management from Middlesex Business School, an Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD, and a Master's in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy from the American College of Greece.
Her research digs into the origins of grandiose narcissism in CEOs, and imposter phenomenon. Georgina has also written a book called “Soulful and Impactful Entrepreneurs” and has presented at numerous conferences in Europe and the United States of America.
Antigoni Pagoulatou
Executive Coach, Leadership Consultant, Corporate Trainer and Facilitator
Antigoni is an ICF-certified Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant with 28 years of hands-on business leadership across multinational organizations, including Coca-Cola Hellas, Coca-Cola HBC, Bacardi, and senior director roles spanning Marketing, Customer Care, and Category Management. She has led large cross-functional teams, managed category strategy across 23 countries, and consulted for 15+ companies on strategic goal-setting, organizational culture, and change management.
Antigoni doesn't coach from the sidelines — she's led restructurings, sat in management committees, and made the tough calls under real pressure. So when she coaches executives, the conversation is grounded in business reality, not theory.
Today, Antigoni partners with executives and leadership teams to sharpen strategic clarity, strengthen decision-making, and drive the behavioral shifts that turn strategy into results. Her approach combines deep coaching skills with the instincts of someone who has actually run the business — helping leaders unlock potential without losing sight of what moves the numbers.
But numbers and strategy only get you so far. What she's learned, sitting in those rooms, is that the real leverage is often unspoken — the dynamics no one names, the self-awareness leaders skip past, the human connection that actually holds a team together. That's where she goes deeper: helping leaders read what's really happening in the room, not just what's on the agenda.
